THIS LIFETIME WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS, WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.

NCASE INC. ("NCASE") WARRANTS THAT DURING THE WARRANTY PERIOD, THE "PRODUCT" WILL BE FREE FROM DEFECTS IN MATERIALS AND WORKMANSHIP.
NCASE LIMITS THE DURATION AND REMEDIES OF ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE TO THE DURATION OF THIS EXPRESS LIFETIME WARRANTY.

WHAT PRODUCTS ARE COVERED?
Only products with the following UPCs are covered under this lifetime warranty. All TÜL products not listed are covered by the LIMITED WARRANTY.
WHO MAY USE THIS WARRANTY?
nCase Inc. located at address 11700 West Charleston Blvd. #170-676, Las Vegas, NV 89135, United States ("nCase") extends this lifetime warranty only to the consumer who originally purchased the product ("you"). It does not extend to any subsequent owner or other transferee of the product.
WHAT DOES THIS WARRANTY COVER?
This lifetime warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, loss, theft, damage, and destruction of the "product" for the Warranty Period as defined below..
WHAT DOES THIS WARRANTY NOT COVER?
The lifetime warranty does not cover replacement of consumable parts or accessories, such as batteries, paper, packaging boxes, etc.
WHAT IS THE PERIOD OF COVERAGE?
This lifetime warranty starts on the date of your purchase and lasts as long as nCase is in business and has the ability to manufacture the product (the "Warranty Period"). nCase may change the availability of this lifetime warranty at its discretion, but any changes will not be retroactive.
WHAT ARE YOUR REMEDIES UNDER THIS WARRANTY?
If nCase determines that a product qualifies for this lifetime warranty, in its sole discretion, will replace such product within a reasonable time free of charge. This lifetime warranty does not cover the cost of shipping and handling for the replacement product to you; this is your responsibility.
HOW DO YOU OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICE?
To obtain warranty service, you must complete and submit the form at WWW.SMILETUL.COM/LIFETIME-WARRANTY-REPLACEMENT during the Warranty Period to obtain a Defective Merchandise Authorization ("DMA") number. No warranty service will be provided without a DMA number.

WHAT DOES THIS WARRANTY NOT COVER?
This limited warranty does not cover any damage due to: (a) transportation; (b) storage; (c) improper use or misuse; (d) failure to follow the product instructions or to perform any preventive maintenance; (e) modifications; (f) unauthorized repair; (g) normal wear and tear; (h) spillage of liquids and other foreign substances or products; or (h) any other external causes such as accidents, abuse, or other actions or events beyond our reasonable control, including, but not limited to, acts of god and natural or man-made disasters. The limited warranty does not cover replacement of consumable parts or accessories, such as batteries, paper, packaging boxes, etc.
WHAT IS THE PERIOD OF COVERAGE?
This limited warranty starts on the date of your purchase and lasts for 30 days (the "Warranty Period"); provided, however, that you must notify nCase of any defect within 14 days of discovery of the defect. The Warranty Period is not extended if nCase repairs or replaces the product. nCase may change the availability of this limited warranty at its discretion, but any changes will not be retroactive.
WHAT ARE YOUR REMEDIES UNDER THIS WARRANTY?
If nCase determines that a product is defective in accordance with the terms of this limited warranty, in its sole discretion, it will either, at its option, repair or replace such product (or the defective part) within a reasonable time free of charge. This limited warranty does not cover the cost of returning the product to nCase nor does it cover the cost of shipping a replacement product to you; these are your responsibilities.
